
Ingredients
Oil
Onion chopped 2
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 ½ tsp
Chicken ¼ kg
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Red Chillie Powder 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Dhania powder 3tsp
Curds(beaten) 1/2cup
Corriander 1/2cup
Method:
Take oil, add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, fry, then add chicken fry for sometime
When chicken is little cooked add turmeric, red chilli powder, salt fry till the chicken is cooked
When chicken is fully cooked add dhania power, curds cook for 2min,
Then add coriander and mix.
Garnish with coriander.
P.S- If u want dry chicken then add only 2tsp of curds
