
Ingredients:
Cheese 1 cup
Onions 1 Big
Green Chillie Paste 2tsp
White Pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Bread Slices 6
Oil to fry
Method :
Fry finely chopped onions and keep aside.
Take cheese, fried onions, Green chillie paste, white pepper, salt in a bowl mix thoroughly and make small balls.
Take bread slices cut off the edges of the slices dip the slices in water and squeeze out the excess water.
Take the cheese balls keep in the middle of the bread slices and make balls.
Deep fry these balls till golden brown.
Serve with tomato sauce.
