Bread Bonda


Ingredients

Bread Slices 10
Boiled Potatoes 1/4kg
Onions 2
Oil
Curry Leaves
Mustard
Green Chillies
Turmeric 1/4tsp
Salt to taste
Red chillie powder 1/2tsp
Corriander

Method:

 Take oil in a pan, add mustard, curry leaves, green chillies, onions fry till onions are cooked.

 Then add turmeric, Boiled Potatoes, salt, red chillie powder mix. Fry till potatoes are done, add coriander mix and keep aside allow to cool

 Take bread slices chop off the edges, dip in water and squeeze off the excess water, Make small balls out of potato mixture keep it in the middle of the bread slice and make balls.

 Deep fry these balls and Serve.

Capsicum Soup


Ingredients

Oil
Carrot 1tsp
Capsicum 1tsp
Amchur 1/4tsp
Pepper 1/4tsp
Vegtable Stock
Cornflour 2tsp
Soya Sauce 2tsp
Salt to taste
Corriander


Method:

Take oil in a pan add chopped carrot and capsicum, fry till cooked.

Then add amchur, pepper powder fry. Add the vegetable stock or water.

Add the cornflour water (mix corflour in 2 tsp of water), soya sauce, salt

Garnish with coriander and Serve

Egg Chicken Snack



Ingredients

Oil 1-2 tbp
Ginger garlic paste 1 ½tsp
Onion paste- 2
Salt to taste
Chicken ¼kg
Turmeric ½ tsp
G.chillies 4
Egg Yolk 2
Garam Masala 1tsp
Pepper ½ tsp
Corriander

Method:

 Take oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste, onion paste, salt fry.

 Add Chicken and fry till cook

 Add turmeric, Green chillies, fry and egg yolk and cook well

 Now add garam masala, pepper powder mix and add coriander

 Garnish with chopped onions and onion rings.

Rasa Gulika


Ingredients for Gulika

Maida 1 cup
Milk ½ cup
Curds 2tsp
Salt
Baking Soda

Ingredients for Sugar Syrup

Sugar 1 cup
Water 2 cups

Prepare sugar syrup and keep aside.

Mix all the ingredients make small balls and deep fry

Put the fried balls in Sugar syrup. Leave it for ½ hr.

Garnish with dry fruits and serve.

Dhania Chicken


Ingredients

Oil
Onion chopped 2
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 ½ tsp
Chicken ¼ kg
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Red Chillie Powder 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Dhania powder 3tsp
Curds(beaten) 1/2cup
Corriander 1/2cup


Method:

 Take oil, add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, fry, then add chicken fry for sometime

 When chicken is little cooked add turmeric, red chilli powder, salt fry till the chicken is cooked

 When chicken is fully cooked add dhania power, curds cook for 2min,

 Then add coriander and mix.

 Garnish with coriander.

P.S- If u want dry chicken then add only 2tsp of curds

Garlic Chilli Paste


Ingredients

Garlic 20
Cloves 20
Vegetable Oil 2tbsp
Bright Red Chillie Powder 4tsp
Vinegar 1tbsp
Soya Sauce 2tsp
Chicken Stock or water ½ cup

Method:

Peel garlic and pound to a paste.

Heat oil in a pan, reduce heat to a medium and sauté garlic paste for a minute, stirring constantly.

Add chilli powder and cook for 2-3 mins over low heat.

Add vinegar and soya sauce and simmer for another couple of minutes.

Pour in chicken stock or water, raise hat and bring to bubbling. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 min

Cool and transfer to a jar with a well fitting lid.

Refrigerate for up to a month.

Badam Roti


Ingredients:

Badam Paste 3 tsp
Milk ½ cup
Sugar 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Wheat Flour 1 cup


Method:

Take Milk, Badam Paste, Sugar, salt mix and keep aside

Take wheat flour, add butter, and the above paste, knead well. Make small balls, Prepare like a normal Roti and cook rotis on tava by drizzling some ghee on both sides. Serve

Cheese Balls


Ingredients:

Cheese 1 cup
Onions 1 Big
Green Chillie Paste 2tsp
White Pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Bread Slices 6
Oil to fry


Method :

 Fry finely chopped onions and keep aside.

 Take cheese, fried onions, Green chillie paste, white pepper, salt in a bowl mix thoroughly and make small balls.

 Take bread slices cut off the edges of the slices dip the slices in water and squeeze out the excess water.

 Take the cheese balls keep in the middle of the bread slices and make balls.

 Deep fry these balls till golden brown.

 Serve with tomato sauce.
